A graduate with 5 - 10 years experience in site QS'ing in Housing, Commercial & Industrial building

& a zest for country living. A BTech or BSc in Quantity Surveying &/or construction Management, good management, people & computer skills, would be ideal for this position. The Company is well established & respected in the country areas of the Cape Province & is looking for someone who would be happy in the environment & have the ambition to work him/herself into a position where he/ she could succeed the current Owners/ Directors. Obviously this would require dedication & hard work over a period of time, but for the successful candidate, it would mean an almost guaranteed future.
